What are shipment processing times?

Typically, all orders are processed within 24-72 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. However, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. For significant delays, we will notify you via email or telephone.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Note that shipping activity can take up to 7 days to update.

 

When can I expect to receive my shipment?

All orders are shipped within 5 business days of the order being placed. We work with many warehouses globally. Shipment will arrive between 4 -18 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location.  We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by carrier service.

 When my order shipped?

Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following business day.

A tracking number will be provided to you in your shipping confirmation email.

What method will be used to ship my item?

All orders are shipped via standard method. We’ll ship your order as soon as possible to ensure fast delivery. My order arrived damaged or it's missing. What do I do?

If you receive a broken damaged, defective or incorrect item, please let us know with a photo of the item and we will issue you a replacement item or a full refund. If you decide you wish to have a product replacement we will send you the correct product, along with a pre-paid shipping label for you to be able to return the wrong item at no additional cost for you. IMPORTANT. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

If your order appears to be missing but your tracking information indicates your order was delivered, we recommend that you contact your local carrier to confirm if the item was delivered. I ordered several items, why did they arrive in multiple shipments?

We always make every effort to ship your order in one single shipment. However, there are occasions when we may have to split your order into multiple shipments. The most common reason for dividing an order is product availability. Please know that when we divide an order into multiple shipments, you are not being charged an additional cost.

I received the wrong item. What do I do?

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is submitted.

Import Duties:

Some packages may be subject to import duties depending on the country of receipt.

Please note, due to new EU VAT rules, there may be increased duty to pay on packages arriving to EU member states.
